Star Restaurant
The Star Restaurant and Ultra Lounge along the Mississippi River in Dubuque IA is located in the Dubuque Star Brewery, Iowa’s oldest brewery founded in 1898. Utilizing the existing copper lauter tun and old world brick and mortar, this historic building was transformed into one of Dubuque’s finest restaurants.
The restaurant lighting is subtle, highlighting the historic aspect of the brewery, while in contrast the Ultra Lounge incorporated an upscale feel with an illuminated bar top.
